“Play is the Serious Work of Heaven.” C.S. Lewis
ASA is an After School Adventure program, serving students in the Bellingham School District (K-fifth grades), during non-school hours. ASA is located in a beautiful camp setting at The Firs, east of Bellingham on Cable Street (off of Lakeway Drive).
Each year, the ASA program centers around a major theme, creating a backdrop of fun and adventure, making a child’s experience new and exciting EVERY DAY!
This year’s theme is “ASA ROAD TRIP – HWY 2 WISDOM”! Each month, we will take a new route through this amazing country we live in; learning how to rope cattle in Texas, find out why New York city is called “The Big Apple” and how to become a Star in Hollywood. While traveling, we will discover that with every destination in life a road must be taken and how the road of Wisdom will always get us where we want to go.
